I am a current and future customer of Kathy's and I am happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a broker who knows what she is talking about.
I have dealt with other brokers in the past, but when I first dealt with Kathy I certainly noticed the difference. Her thoroughness and customer service before and after your loan settles is second to none. She keeps you informed of every step in the process and then keeps in touch when your loan is in place, to make sure everything you expected is going as planned.
We will certainly use Kathy again for our next investments!
